FLANNELS X ZANNA

OVERVIEW: In collaboration with Zanna Group, Flannels was set to launch two new catwalk dining experience venues within their flagship stores in Sheffield and Leicester. 200 Hospitality’s role was to provide support for these openings. We were tasked with training two newly formed teams, ensuring they were equipped with the tools to offer an exceptional food service that would complement Flannels' premium retail experience.

The Scope:

As the primary on-site trainers, 200 Hospitality was responsible for instilling Zanna's brand standards in the new teams. Our involvement extended beyond initial training, as we provided continuous operational support for two months post-opening, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent service delivery.


The Strategy:

The 200 Hospitality Training Team employed our signature training techniques to develop teams that were not only enthusiastic and well-aligned with the brand's vision but also adept in delivering top-tier service. The training was segmented into three core categories:

Standards: This encompassed the fundamental aspects such as basic operations, safety protocols, and non-negotiable service standards.

Style: Focusing on delivering services with flair and attention to detail.

Substance: Emphasising emotional intelligence and the ability to tailor the service experience to individual customer needs, encapsulating the essence of true hospitality.


The result was a successful launch of the two venues, with customers enjoying the food offering that matched their retail experience.
